All our cakes are frosted with Swiss Meringue Buttercream, except for the ganache filled cakes, which are frosted with ganache. Swiss Meringue Buttercream is a satiny-smooth and not-too-sweet buttercream. It’s very light and tastes delicious on every one of my cake flavors. It isn’t as sweet as Simple Buttercream, (the kind that you typically eat on cupcakes), so it makes a perfect filling for any cake.
